Want to host a house concert? How do I host a house concert? Easy!
No need for a sound system or big space, just a bunch of pals that want to hear live original music in an intimate setting. (Evening or brunch concert, indoors or out, weather and setting permitting) Typically a suggested donation of $10-15 per guest which goes to the musicians (some hosts prefer to sponsor) a potluck, or dessert and tea or whatever suits your fancy! jean is back in the kitchen, with the guitar!? yes, it's true...ever the entrepreneur...jean is never settled on playing in just one artform...
jean started an in-home cooking business (1985) and eventually found her way to the guitar (1996), songwriting and touring music scene, and temporarily put the cooking on the back burner (pardon the pun...) Now, she's doing BOTH! For the first time ever...
jean will be demo-ing her famous chocolate croissant bread pudding recipe with plenty of sampling...AND a mini concert to go with the symphony of tastes! Staff chef, Doug Doolittle, will prepare other tasty dishes for a feast to behold.
